Biuro PBBL współpracuje z  lokalnymi przedsiębiorcami, instytucjami otoczenia biznesu, a także przy realizacji zadań związanych z promocją gospodarczą, obsługą inwestorów i eksporterów oraz z rozwojem przedsiębiorczości w regionie. Funkcjonowanie biura opiera się na współpracy z Urzędem Marszałkowskim Województwa Lubelskiego przy współudziale szeroko rozumianych instytucji otoczenia biznesu.

Cele:

  1. Wzmacnianie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw z sektora MŚP (mikro, małych  i średnich przedsiębiorstw) z terenu województwa lubelskiego.
  2. Świadczenie usługi informacji i promocji gospodarczej,
  3. Udzielania wsparcia w zakresie działalności inwestycyjnej oraz zwiększania eksportu.

Zadania Powiatowego Biura Biznes Lubelskie:

  1. Audyt potencjału inwestycyjnego, gospodarczego i społecznego regionu.
  2. Organizacja wydarzeń promocyjno–informacyjnych, warsztatów, szkoleń i wyjazdów studyjnych krajowych i zagranicznych dla przedsiębiorców, JST, IOB, jednostek naukowych.
  3. Przygotowywanie szkoleń i doradztwa dedykowanego dla kadr zarządzających przedsiębiorstwami z terenu województwa lubelskiego, w zakresie pozyskiwania partnerów biznesowych i wspomagającego rozszerzenie lub zmianę profilu działalności w kierunku eksportu produktów i usług.
  4. Organizacja udziału przedsiębiorców, JST, IOB itd. w konferencjach, kongresach, forach i seminariach krajowych dotyczących inicjatyw klastrowych i innych form współdziałania.
  5. Organizacja udziału przedsiębiorców, JST, IOB itd. w imprezach targowo – wystawienniczych regionalnych, krajowych i zagranicznych (w ujęciu branżowym i indywidualnym).
  6. Organizacja zagranicznych misji gospodarczych na rynki kluczowe i wysokiej szansy dla obecnych i potencjalnych eksporterów z regionu.
  7. Organizacja przyjazdowych wizyt studyjnych dla przedsiębiorców, JST, IOB i innych potencjalnych kontrahentów (krajowe i zagraniczne).
  8. Opracowanie systemu przepływu oraz standaryzacji danych z zakresu informacji gospodarczej pomiędzy UMWL i instytucjami z regionu.
  9. Opracowanie i zakup analiz, raportów, i innych dokumentów ogólnodostępnych i branżowych.
  10. Zapewnienie sprawnego systemu wsparcia oferowanego przedsiębiorcom w zakresie podjęcia decyzji o lokalizacji inwestycji lub rozwoju działalności eksportowej.
  11.  Stworzenie wysokiej jakości, ogólnie dostępnej bazy danych dotyczącej publicznych i prywatnych terenów inwestycyjnych.
  12. Opracowanie oraz aktualizacja bazy danych przedsiębiorców z regionu poszukujących inwestorów zewnętrznych.
  13. Monitoring potrzeb przedsiębiorców z regionu, w zakresie poszukiwania zewnętrznych odbiorców produktów i usług oraz zakup dostępu do krajowych i międzynarodowych baz.
  14. Organizacja wydarzeń oraz kampanii promocyjnych w celu prezentacji dobrych praktyk, dotyczących rozwoju przedsiębiorczości/sektorów kluczowych oraz wysokiej szansy.
  15. Promocja dobrych praktyk – dotyczy firm, które zainwestowały na Lubelszczyźnie.
  16. Realizacja kampanii promocyjnej kierowanej do środowisk biznesowych, organizacji pozarządowych, instytucji publicznych, naukowych i mieszkańców regionów.
  17. Promocja gospodarczego wizerunku województwa lubelskiego podczas kluczowych wydarzeń i imprez w regionie i w kraju.
  18. Opracowanie założeń kontynuacji i realizacji programu promocji marek regionalnych.
  19. Promocja potencjału eksportowego Lubelszczyzny.
  20. Promocja oferty inwestycyjnej województwa lubelskiego.
  21. Podejmowanie działań w zakresie marketingu bezpośredniego oraz innych działań promocyjno–informacyjnych, kierowane do środowisk biznesowych, organizacji pozarządowych, instytucji publicznych, naukowych i mieszkańców innych krajów.

Wsparcie oferowane bezpośrednio przez powiat:

  • Asystowanie inwestorom w niezbędnych procedurach administracyjnych i prawnych na poziomie powiatu;
  • Oferowanie szybkiego dostępu do kompleksowej informacji dotyczącej otoczenia gospodarczo-prawnego inwestycji,
  • Udzielanie wszechstronnej pomocy w znalezieniu odpowiednich lokalizacji, zgodnej z oczekiwaniem inwestora oraz partnerów i poddostawców;
  • Oferowanie opieki po inwestycyjnej dla firm (wspiera także firmy, które już działają na terenie powiatu, poprzez utrzymywanie z nimi stałego kontaktu i pomoc w rozwiązywaniu bieżących kłopotów związanych w działalnością na terenie powiatu).

District Business Office Lubelskie

The PBBL office cooperates with local entrepreneurs, business environment institutions, and in carrying out tasks related to economic promotion, servicing investors and exporters, and the development of entrepreneurship in the region. The functioning of the office is based on cooperation with the Marshal’s Office of the Lublin Voivodeship with the participation of widely understood business environment institutions.

Objectives:

  1. Strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises from the SME sector (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) in the Lubelskie Voivodeship.
  2. Provision of information and economic promotion services,
  3. Providing support in the field of investment activities and increasing exports.

Tasks of the District Business Office Lubelskie:

  1. Audit of the region’s investment, economic and social potential.
  2. Organization of promotional and information events, workshops, trainings and study trips in Poland and abroad for entrepreneurs, local government units, BEI, research units.
  3. Preparing trainings and consulting dedicated to the management staff of enterprises from the Lubelskie Voivodeship, in the field of acquiring business partners and supporting the expansion or change of the business profile towards the export of products and services.
  4. Organization of the participation of entrepreneurs, local government units, BEI, etc. in conferences, congresses, forums and national seminars on cluster initiatives and other forms of cooperation.
  5. Organization of the participation of entrepreneurs, local government units, BSIs, etc. in regional, national and foreign fairs and exhibitions (in terms of industry and individual).
  6. Organization of foreign economic missions to key markets and high opportunities for current and potential exporters from the region.
  7. Organization of incoming study visits for entrepreneurs, local government units, BEI and other potential contractors (domestic and foreign).
  8. Development of a system for the flow and standardization of data in the field of economic information between the UMWL and institutions from the region.
  9. Development and purchase of analyses, reports and other public and industry documents.
  10. Ensuring an efficient support system offered to entrepreneurs in making decisions on the location of investments or the development of export activities.
  11. Creation of a high-quality, publicly available database on public and private investment areas.
  12. Developing and updating a database of entrepreneurs from the region looking for external investors.
  13. Monitoring the needs of entrepreneurs from the region in the search for external recipients of products and services and purchasing access to national and international databases.
  14. Organization of events and promotional campaigns to present good practices regarding the development of entrepreneurship/key sectors and high opportunities.
  15. Promotion of good practices – applies to companies that have invested in the Lublin region.
  16. Implementation of a promotional campaign addressed to business circles, non-governmental organizations, public and scientific institutions and inhabitants of the regions.
  17. Promotion of the economic image of the Lubelskie Voivodeship during key events and events in the region and in the country.
  18. Development of assumptions for the continuation and implementation of the regional brand promotion program.
  19. Promotion of the export potential of the Lublin region.
  20. Promotion of the investment offer of the Lubelskie Voivodeship.
  21. Undertaking activities in the field of direct marketing and other promotional and information activities, addressed to business environments, non-governmental organizations, public and scientific institutions and residents of other countries.

Support offered directly by the county:

  • Assisting investors in the necessary administrative and legal procedures at the district level;
  • Offering quick access to comprehensive information on the economic and legal environment for investment,
  • Providing comprehensive assistance in finding suitable locations, in line with the expectations of the investor and partners and sub-suppliers;
  • Offering after-investment care for companies (it also supports companies that are already operating in the district by maintaining regular contact with them and helping them solve current problems related to their operations in the district).
